One to One Introduction to Wild Swimming

Getting into the cold water for the first time can feel very daunting. Maybe you’ve had a bad experience in the past or you don’t feel very body or water confident and trying it with others feels too overwhelming.

In a one to one session with a there is time to take it slowly, ask questions and for you to have a truly individual approach as you are guided safely into the water and the warm up after.

From experience it usually takes around 3 sessions learn and practice what works for you, know and understand how your body is reacting and feel like you can go on swim independently in a safe way.

One to one sessions are £45 and last around 60 minutes and all include a kelly kettle tea and homemade ‘shivery bites’.
