This introductory session will cover what you need to know to wild swim safely with the joy of sauna to warm up in.

Wetsuits and swimsuits both welcome.

Stepping back into cold water for the first time in the year can feel daunting. Join the support of this small group and an experienced and trained swim guide to help you get back in.
