Wild Swimming

Wild swimming is incredibly beneficial for our mental and physical health and a wonderful way to gift yourself immersion in nature. The River Tweed and her tributaries provide hidden dipping pools, idyllic river spots and dramatically situated reservoirs for swimming. Be guided by a fully qualified local on her home patch and dip safely into our deliciously clean cold waters. For all of our swims from beginners to adventurers there is time to sit, soak up the landscape and share homemade ‘shivery bites’, a chat and kelly kettle tea.

Whether you are a complete beginner wanting to be guided into the water for the first time or an experienced dipper looking for an adventure we can find a spot that suits you.

So, would you like to get into water for the first time?

Join me for a small group or one to one Introduction to Wild Swimming session and be guided safely into the wonder of cold water swimming.

Do you swim regularly but would like to go somewhere new?

Looking for a new adventure? Whether you want wide open expanses of water, burn pools that take some walking to or the beautiful River Tweed herself join me for a Wild Swim Adventure.
