Would you like to swim in a new location? Do you want to have a swim but no buddies to go with? Are you fairly new to wild swimming and would like to build your confidence? Join us for a relaxed social swim, dook and sauna, with a wild foraged tea and homemade cake after. There will be tips on safe wild swimming as you enjoy the full power of hot and cold in good company.

However you arrive, you will leave feeling more at ease. Not suitable for complete beginners.
